Why elastic shoe laces?

Elastic shoelaces turn every lace up shoe into a permanent slip on without sacrificing the look of a standard shoelace and bow.

Start the day with a spring in your step!

Perfect for helping busy parents get their kids out the door. Ideal for after surgery, the movement impaired or disabled. Appropriate for the elderly, arthritic or those lacking in fine motor skills. Great for airport security lines, or those that just don’t want to bother tying their shoes.

Your shoes look goooooood.

Leave your shoes tied, and don’t sacrifice the look of a bow. Lose the unflattering look of adjustable locks, plastic buckles, clips, t-bar aglets, coiled, and silicone bands that other laces require. No need to install, cut, clip, or trim to fit. Maintain the look of a traditional flat shoelace. There are a wide array of color options that are fashionable and on trend with modern shoe colors and styles.

Comfort and convenience.

You’ll find that the stretch and flex will alleviate pressure points for end-of-the-day tired and swollen feet.  Our laces make for a snug and comfortable fit, while conveniently allowing you to slip your shoes on and off with ease. Snug, or loose, you select your customized fit, and then tie the bow once. It’s just that easy.

It’s easy to swap your old laces!

  1. Measure the laces that you’re looking to replace and find the closest match to one of our sizes: 34.5”, 39.5”, 45”. If your current laces are too long or short for your liking, size our laces up or down.
  2. While lacing your shoes for the first time, keep your foot in the shoe and lace upward. If that is not possible just be sure to leave enough room for your foot to slip in and out.Keep the laces flat while lacing upward, twists are no good.
  3. Tie a “reef” or “square” knot bow. Don’t know what we are talking about? Look for videos online referencing “The Correct Way to Tie Your Shoes”.
  4. Pull the bow TIGHT.

You know you have a good fit if the laces do not graze the ground when tied. The more floppy the lace, the more chances that it will come untied. Some customers don’t prefer a bow, if that’s you, you can simply tie a knot outside the top hole, and tuck the extra length into your shoe or leave them hanging out.
